We are a multifaceted organization providing internet services, e-commerce solutions, water refilling services, and community hubs through our Konnect Hubs. We operate Konnect, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services").
ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE SERVICES
When you use the Services, including accessing the internet through our ISP services, engaging with our e-commerce platform, utilizing our water refilling stations, or participating in activities at our Konnect Hubs, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services does not violate any third-party rights.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not, and will not allow any third party to:

- Make any unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or other communications, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any network connected to the Services.

- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this prohibition.

- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you or other users.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.

- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as "spyware" or "passive collection mechanisms" or "pcms"), without providing appropriate notice and obtaining consent, as required by applicable law.
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our reasonable opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Tamper with or misuse Konnect Hub equipment or infrastructure, including but not limited to routers, terminals, and power units.
- Gain unauthorized access to restricted areas or systems within Konnect Hub premises or network environments.
- Use Konnect-provided internet or facilities for illegal activities, including piracy, cyberattacks, the distribution of illegal or harmful content, or unlawful file sharing.
- Host, promote, or distribute violent, extremist, discriminatory, or hate-based content or activities through any of our services, including Konnect Hubs. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this provision.
- Engage in commercial use of Konnect Hub services without obtaining prior written authorization from Ahadi Corporation. To request permission, contact us at info@sasakonnect.com.
- Exhibit disruptive, threatening, or harassing behavior towards other Konnect Hub users or staff members.
- Connect unauthorized devices to our network equipment, such as bypassing routers or spoofing MAC addresses, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our network.
- Fail to provide adequate parental or guardian supervision for minors using Konnect Hub facilities; children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or have appropriate supervision at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children while using our Services.
- Fail to observe public space etiquette within Konnect Hubs, including maintaining cleanliness, avoiding excessive noise, and treating the shared space and equipment with respect. You are responsible for any damage you cause to our facilities or equipment.
CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THIS POLICY
Violations of this Policy may result in a range of consequences, depending on the severity and nature of the violation, and the user's history on the Services. These consequences may include, but are not limited to:
- A warning.
- Suspension or termination of your access to and use of our Services.
- Disablement of your account.
- Legal action against you, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief.
- Notification to law enforcement authorities, where we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.
We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary in response to any violation of this Policy, and we exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.

FAIR USAGE POLICY
Ahadi Corporation is committed to providing a reliable and high-quality service to all our users. To ensure fair access and optimal performance for everyone, we employ a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This policy helps us manage network resources effectively and prevent abuse or excessive usage that may negatively impact other users' experience. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures or usage restrictions implemented by Ahadi Corporation.
- Using the service in a way that violates the privacy or security of other users or systems, including but not limited to collecting personal information without consent, distributing malware, and engaging in phishing attacks.
- Tampering with Konnect Hub equipment or infrastructure.
- Hosting, promoting, or distributing violent, extremist, discriminatory, or hate-based content or activities.
Ahadi Corporation reserves the right to monitor network usage and take appropriate action to enforce this Fair Usage Policy, including but not limited to throttling bandwidth, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting illegal activities to law enforcement. We may also implement technical measures to prevent violations of this Policy.
Specific usage thresholds and limitations may apply to certain service plans. Please refer to your service agreement for details. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to these thresholds and limitations.
